What it really means to hold love as your frequency. Begin tracking how often you're reading others vs. being in your own field. Root into divine safety—not as a concept, but a felt reality.
Week 2: Disarm 11/25
Unhook from the survival mechanisms that once kept you safe: scanning, fixing, shrinking. Establish energetic boundaries that come from your body, not your mind.
Week 3: Restore 12/2
When freeze comes, you’ll have tools to return—fast, gently, and without shame. This week is your nervous system rescue lab.
Week 4: Clear 12/9
Soul retrieval + field clearing. Release ancestral, karmic, past life and emotional burdens that were never yours. Reclaim the gifts that got stuck in your survival response.
Week 5: Choose 12/16
Lead from within. Learn to spot when you’re in the collective by default. Reclaim your energetic authority and choose your timeline.
